Low Income Web-Site of the Quarter

And this quarter's site is.....

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (www.cbpp.org). The
center is perhaps the country's preeminent organization addressing
fiscal policy issues affecting low income households. Its Director of
Housing Policy, Barbara Sard, is a former legal services attorney who
probes the intersection between welfare and housing policy and is an
expert on issues related to the Section 8 (housing choice) voucher
